What is the turn around time?
All decals are custom made to your specification therefore there are no stock items except for accessories and vinyl material. Orders are shipped in about 5 business days from order date depending on the complexity of the decals. Expedited orders are processed in 1 or 2 days as needed.

What are the shipping options and time en route?
We offer Standard Air mail (and ground) as well as various UPS shipping services.

Air mail (Post office) in North America may take 3-14 business days and is not traceable nor guaranteed to arrive within this amoutn of time.
UPS shipping is traceable and guaranteed to arrive in 1-5 business days depending on your preference.

Why hasn't my order arrived?
Possible reasons may be delays at the post office, incorrect mailing address, or national holidays. We have had occasions where packages were returned for no apparent reason, unfortunatley we cannot control that.

Why hasn't my email question been answered?
We answer all email inquiries within 24 hours. At times, it does happen that email does not reach it's destination, in this please do try to email us again.
